The People Behind the Curtain.
Built by an Insider, Not a Vendor.
ARC exists because the same conversation keeps happening. A senior person describes a workflow that follows a rulebook. They describe the analyst hours it eats. They describe what "good" looks like - and it's specific, learnable, and consistent.
The bet behind ARC is that the right way to build this is not as a SaaS product, not as a chatbot, and not as a research demo. It's as an embedded operating partner - AI employees that absorb your firm's standard, run the work, and stay in production. That's what we ship.

Maxwell Rady
Founder · ARC
Before ARC, Maxwell built automation and autonomous tools across 30+ enterprise teams at CBRE - one of the world's largest CRE firms - partnering with its Cyber Security, Global D&T, and enterprise-architecture groups to ship custom, data-safe connectors for CBRE's AI initiatives. He now builds AI employees the same way: enterprise-scale, security-first, production-grade.

Alex Padilla
CTO · ARC
Alex started in managed services, running infrastructure across regulated client environments. He then earned his place early in CBRE's Global D&T group, the team that ran technology worldwide for one of the world's largest CRE firms. Working alongside enterprise architecture and cyber security, he saw that infrastructure from every angle. He now owns ARC's technical delivery end to end: architecture, security baseline, and everything that has to hold up in production.
Ernest Rady
Founder & Chairman · Various Companies
Founded three companies across real estate, insurance, and banking. American Assets began in 1967 with a $35,000 apartment purchase and went public in 2011. ICW Group is now the largest privately held insurance carrier domiciled in California. Westcorp, the banking group he chaired for three decades, sold to Wachovia for $3.91 billion. Six decades owning and operating the asset classes our CRE workflows are built around.
Adam Wyll
President & CEO · American Assets Trust
Runs American Assets Trust today, after two decades inside the platform as General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer, and President. He has seen the same institutional operation from the legal seat, the operating seat, and the executive one. That range is why he can tell whether a workflow fits how a real portfolio actually runs.
James Gunn-Wilkinson
COO & President · CMX1
Built CMX1 into the quality and compliance platform running 394,000+ locations for brands including Chick-fil-A and Marriott, processing more than 40 million audits a year. Over the last two years he put agentic AI into production across every function of the business, with the governance model to match.
Mitch Porche
Founder & Chief Strategy Officer · CMX1
Founded CMX1 in 2009 and grew it into enterprise compliance infrastructure backed by a Morgan Stanley led institutional round. Earlier he built compliance software for broker dealers, RIAs, and hedge funds. Two decades turning regulated workflows into software that holds up under audit.
Bill Unrue
Chief Executive Officer · Ensight
Runs the platform behind life, long term care, and annuity sales for every major carrier: 400+ products, 600+ distribution partners, and more than 200,000 financial professionals. Before Ensight he spent a decade scaling Anonymizer into an enterprise security platform serving national intelligence agencies.
Chuck Hilliard
Founder & CEO · Hilliard Advisors
Took NetZero and Demand Media public as President and CFO, the latter the first US internet IPO past a billion dollars since Google. His firm has since structured the institutional rounds behind companies like CMX1 and Rigetti. Nine years of investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch before that.
